本次讲座分享德国专业公司和制度支持如何推动农村经济稳定以及农业技术适应。隐形冠军是位于德国农村地区的细分市场领导者，它们重视创新、员工专业技能和客户导向，通过保障就业、促进地方经济发展和推进数字基础设施建设，为地区稳定做出贡献。德国农业具有高生产力，出口量大且在有机农业方面有显著发展。农业商会通过欧盟项目、培训和创新经理角色支持创新，以整合智慧农业、垂直农业和废物增值等技术。关键举措包括生态肥料、有机生猪福利项目和质量保证的数字工具。商会强调跨行业合作和可持续实践，以增强农业的韧性。

The presentation underscores how specialized firms and institutional support drive rural economic stability and technological adaptation in agriculture in Germany. Hidden Champions are niche market leaders, often located in rural areas in Germany. These firms prioritize innovation, employee expertise, and customer focus, contributing to regional stability by securing jobs, boosting local economies, and advancing digital infrastructure. German Agriculture is characterized by high productivity, with significant exports and advancements in organic farming. The Chambers of Agriculture support innovation through EU projects, training, and an Innovation Manager role to integrate technologies like smart farming, vertical farming, and waste valorization. Key initiatives include eco-fertilizers, organic pig welfare programs, and digital tools for quality assurance. The chambers emphasize cross-industry collaboration and sustainable practices to enhance agricultural resilience.

【主讲人/Presenter】

Michael Weber，毕业于德国科隆大学、博士，曾任拜耳集团产业基地搜寻和开发、工业基地创建和开发以及关闭等领域的内部顾问；德国联邦政府认证能效专家；作为德国政府官员技术输出组织工业园专家和联合国工业园区专家主导了众多亚洲和非洲政府层面工业园及能效项目，参与制定当地工业、环保标准；企业生产安全、化工制药生产以及国外制药车间管理专家。

Michael Weber, graduated from Universität zu Köln，PH.D, worked as an internal consultant for Bayer Group in the fields of industrial zone search and development, industry zone creation, development and closure. Dr. Weber is a Certified Energy Efficiency Expert granted by the German Federal Government; As an expert on industrial parks for the German government officials of the Organization for the Export of Technology and United Nations Industrial Park, Dr. Weber lead numerous industrial parks and energy efficiency projects at governmental level in Asia and Africa，and has participated in the development of local industrial and environmental standards; Expert in enterprise production safety, chemical-pharmaceutical production and foreign pharmaceutical workshop management.
